BATH TIME

Reagan LOVES BATH TIME!!! When she hears the water running in the bathroom she gets so excited... and the moment I put her in the water she doesn't waste any time... she starts playing right away. Its actually pretty funny. She is splashing around and squirming everywhere... and I don't know what it is about the water but it can turn her "boring toys" into the best toy ever! She would spend all day in the bath if I let her...

Uncle Eric

Reagan just LOVES her uncle Eric.... She lights up everytime she sees him.... He is so good with her... Eric is allways showing Reagan how to do things. He taught her how to play on the Piano and He shows her how to play with toys... He even has tried to show her the ropes on how to crawl.... when ever Reagan would struggle with crawling he would get down on the ground right with her and show her how its done.... so obviously Reagan enjoys all the attention she gets from her Big Uncle Eric

Happy New Year!!!

  Happy New Year!!! So Reagan and mommy took a road trip to Utah. We went to Saint George for Grandmas Bladh's Birthday and we celebrated new Years with the bladh side of the family. we had a really fun time. It was a mini Family Reunion. Everyone loved Reagan and got a kick out of how she growls.

Oh my goodness this Christmas was so much fun. Reagan was so adorable. I LOVED IT. As soon as we came down the stairs and sat in front of the CHRISTMAS TREE, you could see the excitement in our little 7 month old eyes. usually she would get up and try to combat crawl as fast as she could to get to the item of her EXCITMENT... but this morning it was so adorable. We set Reagan smack in front of the Christmas tree and she just sat there and starred at the LIGHTS and mountain of presents and every once in awhile she would look back at me and say "uh...uh...uh".....as if to say "What is all of this????" then she saw it... sitting on the side of the tree was a beautiful ROCKING HORSE. Her eyes got really wide and as soon as she sat on it and it started moving and talking to her she knew it was alive. She started to get the same type of excitement that she gets when she sees a dog or a cat... Reagan held on to the mien so tight and hugged it. I think she has found her best friend... I love how excited she is about her rocking horse.

Reagan also got a bunch of TOYS, a few really cute outfits, an adorable pair of boots, her first purse complete with lip stick, jewelry, keys, mirror, and money... (its educational) but i think her favorite thing about Christmas was the WRAPPING PAPER. hahaha.... Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Johnson and Bladh and to all of Reagan's aunts and uncle for a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS!

Baby Jesus

Every year at our Christmas party, the Nordstom side of the family has a live nativity. All the young children get to play all the roles. it doesn't feel like it was too long ago that i was up there myself acting out the role of Mary holding a doll as baby Jesus, or even dressing up all in white with a gold garland wrapped around my head as my halo, to play an angel with all the other kids that they didn't know what else to do with..... it seems so crazy that this year my own child got to be in the nativity. Reagan was given the role of baby Jesus to play.... i was actually terrified for her to play this role because she is always growling... i was scared she was going to growl and make baby Jesus look possessed. she was perfect. She did try climbing out of the manger a few times and even eating it as well, but other than that she did well. i was so proud. she was smiling so big... and whenever she saw me or daddy she would get so excited. she loved being the center of attention. In my opinion, this years Nativity was the best we have ever had.

I figured I needed to take some pictures she will hate me for taking someday. you know, the ones that you show to her date as she is in her room finishing up getting ready. Every parent needs "blackmail" pictures... (right mom) hahaha... these are too cute. Reagan loved taking these and actually smiled the whole time and even cried when I put her diaper back on. I love my naked Santa!

Army Crawl

It is so much fun to watch Reagan progress everyday... She is not only rolling around everywhere but she figured out a way to go forward as well. It was so funny to see how mad she got when she saw a toy or even daddy's shoe in front of her and she didn't know how to move forward so she can shove it into her mouth. She finally figured out an Army Crawl.... Its Hilarious. when she figured out how to move forward she was so excited at her accomplishment that she would squeal and kick her arms and legs everywhere. But its been a few days now and she is getting frustrated again. This time its because she cant get to the toys fast enough... ha ha ha... I'm sure she will be crawling any day now.

Reagans LOVE for Dogs

Reagan LOVES dogs.... She gets so excited whenever she sees one... it doesn't matter if its a big dog or a tiny one she loves them....if she is given the chance she will roll after them and try to pet them and when she does she giggles with excitement. its adorable and so much fun!

Rollie Pollie

Reagan has figured out that if she keeps rolling she can go places. She has become a rolling machine. One day i was working on the computer and i set her on a blanket on the floor next to me with a bunch of her toys... when i looked up at her she was gone. She was on the opposite end of our bedroom chewing on the leg of her crib. I had no idea that she had figured out how to roll around. Now she has so much fun exploring and getting herself around. She just gets really upset when she cant get something thats in front of her cause she can only go sideways

Uncle Nate

Uncle Nathan came to Temecula for Thanksgiving. He came to see Celeste... but it was still so much fun to see him. Its been awhile. Gabe, Reagan and I loved visiting with Celeste and him on Thanksgiving day. Reagan loves her uncle. She kept grabbing his face and she talked to him like crazy. It was so cute. I sometimes wonder what she is trying to say.... probably "gosh uncle Nate, you need to Marry Celeste already! I like her.." yep that was probably it... what! i didnt say it... reagan did!

6 Month Doctor Visit...

Reagan just finished her shots today! She did surprisingly well but oh how i hated them. Hopefully no more doctor visits till she is one!

Reagan was the cutest little ballarena that you ever did see. we went to a friends house to pass out candy ... they actually had a cotton candy machine. it was a lot of fun. Reagan is so adorable. i just love her to pieces.

The funniest thing ever!

Here in Texas we have become great friends with a couple named Ben and Collete and they have two of the most adorable little boys... These little boys love Dinosaur's so much that they are always pretending that they are dinosaur's. They are stomping around and instead of talking they growl. It is so funny. We went out to eat with them the other day and the whole time these boys were growling and Reagan was laughing so hard. Actually I have NEVER heard Reagan laugh so hard and loud before. it was hilarious. It didn't matter how many times these boys would growl... she thought it was the funniest thing. well... the next morning I go into Reagan's room to get her up for the day to find that she is already awake. She was in her crib growling like a dinosaur. I started laughing so hard. Now she does it everywhere we go. I'm sure people are starting to think i have a possessed baby cause its not a cute little baby growl its a serious dinosaur growl. she sounds like a little demon baby... but I think its the cutest thing ever.

Let It Begin!!!

Reagan ate SOLID FOOD for the first time today!!! She had a jar of PEACHES. This last week she has been acting extremely interested in eating whatever I was eating... so I decided that it was time to start to slowly introduce her to baby food. SHE LOVED IT! what she kept in her mouth that is... ha ha... she was pretty MESSY but she started to get the hang of it fairly quick. I JUST LOVE THIS GIRL!

Two Years!

Gabe and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary! Its hard to believe we have been married for that long already. I love practically everything about Gabe. He makes me laugh. people are always saying that we seem to have so much fun together.... and we do. We are so good together. When I'm not with him, I miss him like crazy... and I know he feels the same way cause he calls me all the time and I love it! I am so lucky to have married my best friend.

Reagan's "Tricks"

Reagan has just started imitating me. It is so cute and you can tell she thinks she is so clever. She gets the biggest kick out of herself. Its hilarious.
If you blow a raspberry at her, she pokes out her tongue for a second then makes a gurgle sound in her mouth that sounds like she is blowing a raspberry. Its so funny... the longer you do it, the longer she gurgles back. Its like she is having a competition with you on who can blow the best raspberries.

My favorite "trick" she does, doesn't happen too often. She has to be in just the right mood... but if you catch her in it... and you are lucky enough to see it, I'm sure you will get a good laugh ... if you stick your tongue out at her and make the "nannie nannie nannie" sound she will try to imitate that too. she has got the tongue part right... she is still working on the sound. but its so cute.

"Singing Under the Stars"

This was a fun trip to Utah to visit family. One of my favorite times while were visiting was the night we had the Bonfire in my parents back yard..... We were only missing Nate, Dan and Jason . But we had so much fun... Roasting smores, ligting sparklers, goofing off, singing songs, and just talking and having fun. This is what I think of when I think of my family.... Us all getting together doing something random but fun... and someone always busting out a guitar... Kumbaya! ....hahaha... We always have a good time and these are memories that I will always remember. It's so muh fun to have your family as your best friends.

Road Trip

Emaley, Reagan and I went on a road trip to St. George to visit Grandma and Grandpa Bladh. It was so much fun. It was a lot of fun to spend that extra time with Emaley. When we got there Grandma had lunch waiting for us and some of her famous fudge. Reagan got to meet her Great Grandma and Grandpa Bladh for the first time. They just adored her. Grandma held her and played with her and Grandpa sat in his recliner chair and kept talking to her. Reagan loved Grandpa, she kept smiling so big at him. Every time someone would walk by grandpas chair with Reagan he would reach out and grab her little toes. it was definitely a fun trip.

Fun at Grandma & Grandpa Bladhs House

Reagan had so much fun playing with her Grandma and Grandpa Bladh! She got spoiled rotten with love. She was able to stay up way past her bed time, hang out with them at the movie theater, Grandma gave her baths in the sink...and someone held her every second. she was in heaven and she cant wait till she gets to go visit them again.

Nordstrom Family Reunion

The Nordstrom Family Reunion was so much fun. Gabe wasn't able to be there for very long, but Reagan and I were there for the whole time. It was great. We all had family dinners and activities together and of course "Talent Show Night" We all went to 7 peaks and we had BBQ's and my mom set up a big water slide up in the backyard for all the kids. Reagan had fun with all the attention she got especially from all the little kids. It was definitely different than most of our reunions, but I never care what we do for the family reunion, as long as we are together we always have fun.

Reagans baby blessing

Reagan's blessing was beautiful... It was a Wonderful sunny day and all our family was there and a few friends. I am so grateful to have Gabe and Reagan in my life, I have such a cute little family.

I made Reagan's blessing dress by hand.. I actually saved some scrap material that was left over from my wedding dress and I made it out of the same material.

Also....My mom recently gave me the dress and shoes that I wore on my blessing day... so Reagan got to wear my shoes that I wore for my blessing.

Reagan's Grandma Johnson, Shayna, Tera, and Eric were able to come to Utah for her blessing... It was so much fun to spend time with them while they were here.

We had Reagan's blessing in Grandma and Grandpa Bladh's backyard in Alpine Utah.

Reagan's blessing was suppose to be when she was two weeks old... so I made the dress to fit her when she was that little.... but we ended up having to move the date to Aug 2nd... she is now three months old... I was terrified that the dress that I spent so long making by hand, was no longer going to fit her. But... it still did.... It fit her perfect. I was so happy!!!

Congrats April & Daren

April is a greater sister and friend than anyone could ask for.... and she was so lucky to marry her best friend, Daren Smith, on Aug 1st, 2009....it was one of the most beautiful and fun weddings I've ever been to. They are seriously so adorable together... I have never seen April so happy as she was on her wedding day. They had a ton of dancing, balloons, cupcakes and ice cream... you can't go wrong with ice cream. The whole wedding had a vintage feel to it. April looked gorgeous in her dress and Daren looked dapper in his suit. they couldn't have asked for a better day. Congrats April & Daren!!!!
